Reading Water Levels

The before picture depicted here shows a room within a building which was effected by water.  As you can see, the moisture content is high in this area. However, in the after photo (which is the room next door), you will see the moisture meter showing that the moisture content was much lower. These 2 photos show the importance of using a company that has certified technicians who use the proper tools required by the IICRC for water mitigation. The IICRC is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning, and restoration industry and is the gold standard for proper mitigation related equipment.
