Salvaging a Kitchen

This client had a fire in their home.  The smoke and soot traveled throughout causing extensive damage and odors.  SERVPRO of Washington County was called in by the Insurance Company to mitigate the damages and provided our complete turnkey services. 

We sorted the contents which could be salvaged and packed these contents to be moved and stored in our climate controlled warehouse.  The items packed out will be cleaned and stored until the cleaning and repairs are complete. We also itemized the items which was not salvageable for the client to be reimbursed by their insurance carrier. This client has specialty items which needed to be addressed.  We handled contacting a dry cleaner specializing in restoring items which have been effected by smoke, soot and odors.  Their electronics and appliances were also addressed by a specialty company in which we coordinated for the client.   Once the contents were fully addressed we provided the demo in the areas which could not be cleaned.  After the demo our cleaning crew addressed the remaining structure of the home.  Then our rebuild team was off to the races giving this family the face lift they have been wanting for some time in their kitchen here you can see the transformation of their kitchen. We delivered the contents back we had in storage and the last time we checked this family was enjoying their new home to the fullest.
