Pulling Water through Rubber
The before pictures shows a commercial business effected by a clean water source. The carpet effected was comprised of carpet tiles with a rubber padding attached to the carpet tiles, which were placed on top of a concrete sub floor. Due to the rubber padding attached to the tile it can be very time consuming to get the trapped water under the carpet tile and the sub floor to pull through the rubber padding and carpet for proper drying, not to mention properly drying of the sub floor. In this case, the carpet tile was new and could be easily obtained. We removed the wet carpet tiles, disinfected the sub floor and properly dried the sub floor.
